For this feature we created a life size animatronic sabre-tooth
tiger head that would be totally mobile. After gathering our reference we
started with a clay sculpt. |

A resin mould was then taken from the finalised form. |

From the resin mould we produced an inner core made from
carbon fibre. This would later become the basis of our animatronics. Between
the mould and core we poured flexible foam. |

The beast starts to take shape with the addition of it
teeth.
